Getting Help

If you ever need assistance on Supertrade, there are several ways to contact our support team.

1. In-App Chat

  • Click on the yellow chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard.

  • Select New Conversation to start a ticket.

  • Provide your full name and email address for verification.

  • Describe your issue and attach screenshots if possible.

2. Email Support

  • Send an email to support@supertrade.com.

  • Use a clear subject line (e.g., Breach Appeal – [Account ID]).

  • Include the following details:

    • Account ID

    • Affected trade IDs

    • Screenshots or attachments

3. Discord Support

You can also reach us through our official Discord server:

  1. Join our Discord via this link.

  2. Complete the verification in ✅︱verify.

  3. Go to 🆘︱open-support-ticket and open a ticket.

  4. Describe your issue and wait for a moderator to respond.

4. Response Time

Our team typically replies within 24–48 hours. Complex cases may take longer, but you will always receive updates.

5. Safety Reminder

For your security, support will never ask for your password or private keys. Only share your Account ID and relevant trading details.
